The Canterbury Tasman Turf Managers Association (CTTMA) provides education and social activities for its members, providing a network to share and improve knowledge and management in the sports turf industry.

The region incorporates Aorangi, Canterbury, West Coast, and Tasman. We hold educational workshops presented by sports turf experts, visits to local sports turf facilities, a sponsors’ trade show, and a social golf tournament. We welcome new members who are employees, volunteers or associates working within the sports turf industry.

Objectives:

To further the affairs of the Turf Management, Superintendents and Green keepers within the association.
To work in association with government and commercial research officers and other bodies promoting the practice of good Turf Management.
To promote a better understanding of the profession of Management.
To promote field days and educational programs.
To encourage closer liaisons between club executives, golf associations and Superintendents and green keepers.
To share knowledge and experience.
To foster good relationships and co-operation with other Superintendents and Green keepers associations.
