The annual Canterbury vs Aorangi Representatrive match was played at Ashburton on Sunday in fine conditions and the course in great order.
Canterbury were dominant winning the fixture overall 40-16. Men won 11-5, Women won 14-2, Masters Men won 9-7, U19 Men won 6-2.

Canterbury Golf is fortunate to have many volunteers that contribute to the organisation. This year three Canterbury Golf Service Awards have been presented.
Kevin MoyleKevin received his service award for the valuable contribution he has made as the Canterbury Men's Masters Manager. Kevin has managed the team for five consecutive years from 2015-2019 and is held in high respect by the players. Woodward Cup
Round 5 of Woodward Cup was held at Waitikiri Golf Club in warm, sunny conditions.
Hosts Waitikiri had a battle on their hands against Harewood with six of the eight matches going down to the final two holes, ending in 4-4 draw. For the home team Aaron Forsyth, Brett Turner, Antony Dale and Simon Marshall had wins while Harewood's wins came from Matt McLean, Josh Smith, Kerry Branson and Harry Weeds.

Round four of the 2020 Woodward Cup was held yesterday at Christchurch Golf Club in fine and sunny conditions.
Hosts Christchurch took on Templeton and were too strong winning 5-3, with their top order doing the damage. The top five of Jordan Bakermans, Marcel Boet, Mike Toeke, Tom Parker, and Richard Reed all had wins, while for Templeton it was the bottom three that got the points - Jordan Latter, Tom Wilson, and Josh Simpson.

The Canterbury Golf 9 Hole Tournament was held at Bottle Lake Golf Club on Monday in warm, sunny conditions and the course in great order.
38 golfers played in the annual tournament with Bottle Lake's Margaret Walker winning Grade 1 with 19 stableford points, from Vicki Hight (Waitikiri) and Kathryn Ferris (Avondale) both on 18 points.
Russley's Linda Downes won Grade 2 with 20 points from Kae Golding (Russley), Judith Godman (Kaiapoi) and Owen Patchett (Amberley) all on 19 points.
Linda was the overall winner with 20 points and is pictured with the trophy.

The Ashby Bergh Trophy and McGuire Hendon Cup matches were played at Tai Tapu Golf Club on Sunday in fine, warm conditions with the course in great order.

The annual Town v Country fixture provided a great test of golf between the teams with 52 players competing. Blustery conditions made it a tough test for the players at the Russley Golf Club.
The Foursomes in the morning provided some great comradery with matches going down to the wire. The Country team led the seniors 3.5-2.5, while the Town team led the masters 2.5-1.5 and the juniors 2-1.
The Singles provided some great matchups which provided the Canterbury Selectors with plenty of great golf to watch.
The Town team proved too strong in the afternoon to take out all three trophies.
